    We have 9 different local cycling groups, in various locations and 2 district wide groups

  • Where and when are the rides ?

    Each group choses their own ride days and ride duration so there is plenty of variety to choose from,

  • Start to Finish Leadership by experienced riders

    We welcome all bike riders, whatever your ability, to ride with us, and are well known for never leaving anyone behind.

Group Details

We have local cycling groups serving Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Orpington, Rochester, Sevenoaks,  Tonbridge, Tunbridge , Wrotham and their surrounding areas.

About

Weekly rides are organised by the local groups who decide the duration and distance of rides.

Longer district wide rides are organised on a monthly basis. Often taking in the Ashdown Forest or the coast.

Local groups arrange tours for their riders during the year. District rides e.g. The Winter Weekend are also arranged.

Social events happen about once a month throughout the year, e.g. Hill Climb, Grimpeur, Audax and Rough Stuff. Anniversary and Presidents Ride, often  ending up in a pub.

Our Activities

  • Cycle Rides

    West Kent CTC has 9 local groups serving towns in West Kent and S.E. London. There are also 2 district wide groups which vary their start point depending the route of the ride.

  • Cycling Tours

    Most of the local cycle groups arrange short tours during the year with destinations in the U.K and some go abroad often to France. District organised tours , e.g. The Winter Weekend , are held annually.

  • Social Events

    District wide Social events are held about monthly e.g. Reliability rides, Grimpeur, Hill climb, Audax, Rough Stuff. There are also the Anniversary and Presidents rides ending up at a pub.

    Our Clubroom is open every Thursday from 20:30 at Lamorbey Pavilion, Sidcup.
